Conclusions
1) The Y-DNA test results of participants "A001", "B002", "C004", "D005" , "E007" and "F008" show that they are very probably unrelated within a genealogical time-frame (since the origin of surnames).

2) The Y-DNA test results show a 23/23 match between participants "A001" and "A003" . Since each of the two tested participants is descended from a different son of Robert Flowers, the match is evidence that the most recent common ancestor is, most probably, Robert Flowers, Ancestor "#1" on the above chart. (Participant "A001" is a descendant of Robert's son, William, and participant "A003" is a descendant of Robert's son, Robert.)

3) "B002" is a 25/25 match with "B006." The test results for "B006" appear in the testing company's database.

4) "H010" is a 12/12 match with "H011." The test results for "H011" appear in the testing company's database.

Some other Flowers' Y-DNA results are available at Ysearch, a public database. Once you have reached the entries for Flowers, click in all of the check boxes under "Compare," then click "Compare."

From the forty-nine currently available Flowers Y-DNA test results, we can conclude that there are probably at least thirty-tree unrelated Flowers progenitors, with at least twenty-five of those from the British Isles.
